What to Expect

  1.  Initial Contact
Reach out to us via phone, WhatsApp, or email. A member of our team will connect with you to learn more about your child’s needs and answer any initial questions.

  2. Intake and Documentation
You will be asked to complete an intake form and provide relevant documentation, such as medical records, educational plans (IEPs, 504 Plans, accommodation/modification documents), and any previous therapy reports (e.g., speech, occupational, physical, or mental health services).

  3. Referral for ABA Services
Please ensure you obtain and submit a referral for ABA therapy from your child’s pediatrician. This is often required by insurance providers.

  4. Review and Next Steps
Our clinical team will carefully review all submitted documentation and guide you through the next steps based on your child’s unique profile and needs.

  5. Assessment Process
If your child already has an Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) diagnosis and a formal evaluation, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will schedule a Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA) to better understand your child’s strengths, needs, and behaviors. If a diagnosis has not yet been made, our licensed professional will contact you to complete a comprehensive diagnostic evaluation.

  6. Development of a Treatment Plan
Following the assessment, the BCBA will develop an individualized Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP) that targets socially significant behaviors and skill development across domains.

  7. Family Review and Scheduling
We will meet with you to review the assessment results, walk through the treatment plan, and coordinate a therapy schedule that works for your family. Services may take place in the home or school, depending on your child’s needs, schedule, and your preferences.

  8. Caregiver Involvement
Parents and caregivers play a vital role. We offer ongoing training and support to help you implement strategies at home and promote generalization of skills, in line with evidence-based practices.

  9. School Collaboration
If your child is enrolled in school, we will coordinate with school personnel as needed to ensure consistency and support across settings.

  10. Progress Monitoring
All interventions are data-driven. Your child’s progress will be continuously monitored through data collection and visual analysis to ensure meaningful growth and positive outcomes.
